Shipping Guarantee SJC Availability All orders are subject to availability. We make every effort to keep our online inventory up to date. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you. Your order will not ship until we hear back SJC Team will ship your order out as soon as possible; therefore a change of ship date may not be possible. Standard Ground Shipping
Most packages will arrive in 5 to 10 business days in the continental United States. Shipping time does not include the day the order was placed, or weekends and holidays. This shipping method is not available for every destination. Shipping time is not guaranteed during the Holiday season (Dec 12 to Dec 26).
· Ground Shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii & US Territories and other countries.
· Ground Shipping cannot deliver to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO and FPO).
Express Shipping
Express shipments will arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Shipping time does not include the day the order was placed, or weekends and holidays. Shipping time is not guaranteed during the Holiday season (Dec 12 to Dec 26).
· Express Shipping is available to US states including Alaska, Hawaii.
Priority Mail - for shipping to a PO Box or a military address
If you are shipping to a PO Box or a military address (APO or FPO ), we must ship your order using the US Postal Service. Priority Mail is a non-guaranteed method of shipping. SJC TEAM is not responsible for packages lost, stolen or otherwise missing.
Canada-1st Class Mail
For Canadian orders, we ship by US Postal Service (First Class). Please call us at 585-267-5992 between 12pm and 6pm EST or 1-800-940-7169 and leave a message so we can return a call to you before you place the order if you would like to receive your order quicker. SJCTEAM is not responsible for any additional customs or import fees associated with your order. If you are concerned about such fees, please contact your local customs office.

RETURN POLICY
Your SJC TEAM purchase comes with a thirty (30) day money back satisfaction guarantee that starts upon delivery of this shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact our Customer Satisfaction Department at 1-800.940.7169 Monday-Friday, 9AM-6PM EST.

- You MUST call the Customer Satisfaction Department and ask for a Return Authorization (RA) number within the 30 day period to receive a refund.
- Please return the unused portion of your purchase within ten (10) days of the RA issuance to receive your refund. (Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.)
- When returning an order consisting of more than one of the same item/product, you will be refunded for one trial item (i.e. open item) and all other unopened items.
- Due to the low prices that we offerVeggieCal-D to customers at, we cannot accept any return bottles that have been opened. The Manufacturer does not reimburse us for opened bottles of this product.
- Please return all sealed items AND all opened items, including empty bottles in their original containers for which you are requesting refunds.
- DO NOT return an item without an RA number. Write this RA number on the outside of your package so we can properly refund you.
- Please return your item with a copy of the original Invoice and include your reason for returning.
- We recommend using UPS or insured mail to ensure your package is received by us, as we are not responsible for returns that never arrive at our facility.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

One or more of the products enclosed may be on our Monthly Replenishment Program, which qualifies you for substantial savings. Your invoice will clearly indicate if you have agreed to participate in the Monthly Replenishment Program. Within 30, 60, or 90 days, depending on the program that you ordered, your credit card (or checking account) will be charged and your next order automatically shipped to you. If you are not already a member of our Monthly Replenishment Program, and would like to enjoy special discounted pricing, please call us. If you wish to cancel the Monthly Replenishment Program, contact our Customer Satisfaction Department. Please remember that once we have shipped product to you, we can only cancel future shipment and cannot refund any charges (unless the product is returned per our Return Policy above).
