Jay and Sue started SJC TEAM in October 2008 after 8 months of much thought of why the masses that join MLM's and home based businesses drop out in a few months or never generate more than a few hundred dollars for all the time and effort they expend.
Jay and Sue were both Master Distributor's in the company they met each other through, attaining Platinum status and building their organizations along with a customer base of over 5,000.
After looking at more than why 97% of others fail in this industry but also the state of the present recession, they decided to NOT PARTICIPATE in either the 97% or the recession.
Sue and Jay read, listened and studied the what and why's and came to the conclusion that no matter how big a company is or how awesome any product may be, it is "THE SYSTEM" that is behind the success of the individual. It is not the company or products that is the link in the chain that needs to be the strongest.
One can have a so, so company or product and with a strong System be successful. But there is no way for a good company with a great product and a weak system to succeed.
