The second stage starts with 5-HTP and Inositol which promotes REM sleep. We use for Straight 2 SleepTM, the new patented B.E.S.T. micro-encapsulation (Bio-portal Enhancement System Technologies). B.E.S.T. is vegetable based and allows for more active ingredient in each capsule. All other forms of timed release processes use compounds like methylcellulose - a fiber to slow down the absorption of the nutrient. These compounds add 50-70% of these non-essential materials to each capsule and can cause adverse reactions for some users.
Our B.E.S.T. micro-encapsulation process allows us to get 90-98% of the active ingredient in each capsule allowing for the use of smaller capsules and get the active ingredients to breakdown when and where we want them to for optimum absorption and assimilation.
